Leo Wilton, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Human Development at the State University of New York at Binghamton. In the field of group relations, he explores how the complexities of cultural dynamics manifest within groups, organizations, and social systems, as well as how these areas relate to contemporary societal issues as situated in people’s everyday lives. He teaches courses on the Psychology of Racism, Black Child and Adolescent Development, Black Families, and research methods.
