5th Caribbean Group Relations Conference
Thursday, November 17, 2022 to Saturday, November 19, 2022
Category: Group Relations Conferences

You are invited to join the  5th Caribbean Group Relations Conference, authorized by Caribbean Group Relations Consulting Ltd. in partnership with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (UK),” Organization Culture Boundaries:  Exploring New Leadership in a Networked World”, taking place online from 17th — 19th November, 2022.

Participants will  explore how their organization,  culture, and the boundaries created, can adjust to facilitate the visionary leadership required in a networked relationship space. The impact on organizational outcomes, growth and profitability, the experience of Leadership, Authority and Group Dynamics as they surface in this new rational space, will also be a major consideration at this conference

We live in a world with a  variety of communication and social media tools available.  This makes for  instantaneous communication, thus, creating an even more complex interconnected  networked environment which  influences organizational culture.  Moreover, it is now urgent for contemporary leadership to adjust vision, values, and boundaries in order to respond to the demands of stakeholders as their anxieties and fears escalate.

How do we lead in a time of blurred boundaries between work and home, with personal space no longer private from the instant intrusion of work and other community demands?

How do we lead in a 21st century networked environment, while managing our own leadership, personal and organizational anxieties, in a global system under review?

This experiential learning event is directed by  Mary Fullerton of Caribbean Group Consulting Ltd. and co-directed by Dr Leslie Brissett of The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations,  UK,,    We look forward to learning with you and your team.
