We invite you to join us to explore ways of bringing the unconscious to the surface through artistic expressions and sensory experiences. Doing so, we might collectively make sense of challenges, thrive in uncertainty, and maintain curiosity. 
As people interested in groups and organizations, everyone is invited to share thoughts and experiences and to reflect upon the work we will create together. No prior experience with the theme is necessary.

Creative Expression and Embodied Practices
Jack Lampl will share a 20-year survey of experiments that incorporated creative expression and embodied practices to illuminate unconscious group dynamics in group relations conferences and organizational consultations.
 
Sōzō-sei no Tenkai
Susann Naomi Israel will invite us to experience and reflect on ‘Sōzō-sei no Tenkai’: A Creativity-Based Intervention to Unlock a System’s Unconscious Dynamics tested with the Swiss banking sector.
 
Nothing #89: The Conference
Autumn Knight will lead an experiential session to examine creative approaches to group relations work.
