Inviting Soul to Show Up

A community inquiry into what happens when soul breaks through the surface of group life. We call it Bringing Soul to the Role — but soul doesn't wait for an invitation. It erupts. It interrupts. We will explore how habits of mind contribute to the container that enables or disables the emergence of soul within group life. To embark on this exploration soul does not require permission but it does need supporting conditions for individual and collective examination. Join reflection discussions within a plenary and small groups.
