CSGSS Weekend Group Relations Conference:

The Heart of Authority: LOVE. Taking place October 9-11, 2026.

What does it mean to hold authority and to be held by it? What becomes possible when
leadership is informed by love?

Together, participants co-create a temporary learning community and study what actually
unfolds within it: how leadership emerges, how power moves, and how authority is exercised,
challenged, and transformed in real time. Through the lenses of Leadership, Opposition,
Vulnerability, and Empowerment, we engage these questions through direct, lived experience
in the here and now.

This work is especially relevant at a moment when institutions are being questioned and
leadership is being reimagined. We warmly welcome AKRI members and invite you to bring
your experience and perspective to this conference.
