Heidi Moser has been supporting the A.K. Rice Institute in her role as part-time Administrator since February of 2015. She completed an MSEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University in December 2021, focusing on treating substance use disorders in her final year of the program.  Heidi holds a B.A. in literature from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, and an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Cuyahoga Community College. She lives in NE Ohio and enjoys spending time outdoors with her two Corgis.
