Teachers College, Columbia University Spring 2022 GRC: Authority, Leadership, Membership, and the Unconscious in a Time of Ambivalence and Interdependence

The Social-Organizational Psychology Program of Teachers College, Columbia University in conjunction with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations are excited to announce the Spring 2022 GRC: Authority, Leadership, Membership, and the Unconscious in a Time of Ambivalence and Interdependence to be held from April 8th through April 10th .

This in-person conference will provide members the opportunity to explore how we "show up" in groups and organizations in a time of increased interdependence and where we are unsure if our current systems can adequately assist us face future challenges.
