Leadership, Authority, and Power in Transition: The New / Old and In Between

In almost every area of our lives, and at almost every level, we are experiencing transitions in leadership, authority, and power.  Some of these transitions go smoothly but more often they are tumultuous struggles that spark powerful feelings and have serious consequences, at times life and death consequences.  Working effectively amid these transitions requires courage, authenticity, accountability, and the will to speak to what we see, hear, think, and feel.

Join us for experiential, here-and-now learning, working at both the conscious and unconscious levels, and using group-as-a-whole and other lenses. This in-person event is offered by the Center for the Study of Groups and Social Systems (CSGSS).  It will be conducted in the Group Relations tradition and directed by mak wemuk, JD.
